Registration 

On Wednesday December 5th, i.e. the day before the start of the conference, it is possible to visit the company Solares Advanced Coatings. Soleras Advanced Coatings is a leading global provider of sputter targets and equipment used in the deposition of thin film coatings. Their products and services are uniquely developed to drive improved productivity and performance, particularly for large area coating applications using rotary sputtering. The company visit will take place between 4pm and 7pm. After the tour the company offers a drink. Transport from Gent (and back) will be organized. Reservation is free but mandatory. The company reserves the right to deny your access to their premises. Reservation is possible through the reigstration link. Short course attendees do not need to make this reservation as the short course will take place at Solares Advanced Coatings.

 

The conference fee for the symposium is:

  • Regular Participants: €350
  • Contributing Author (speaker/poster)*: €320
  • Students**: €200
  • On-site registration****: €500
  • Accompanying person (conference dinner only) : €60

and includes all taxes, admission to the conference venue and presentations, book of abstracts, lunch (2x), coffee-breaks (4x) and conference dinner on Thursday evening.

*Only one presenting author per accepted abstract allowed at this fee.
**Students must be younger than 26 years and must send a copy of their student ID and their identity card to the organizing committee in advance.
***Membership must be proven.
****Should you only register on site, we cannot garantee your conference dinner and book of abstracts.


CANCELLATIONS and substitutions are accepted if written notification is received before 15th November 2018. In case of you cancel your registration, a cancellation fee of 50€ will be charged. After 15th November 2018, a refund is not possible.
